DAFNI represents an £8 million investment from the UK Collaboratorium for Research on Infrastructure and Cities (UKCRIC) to provide infrastructure research capabilities and enhance the quality of outputs.
The project intends to support data analysis, infrastructure research, and strategic thinking for long term planning and investment. It will support academic research on infrastructure systems, and big data analytics, simulation, modelling and visualisation.
