On August 26, 2020, the Ministry of Health and Family welfare released the draft Health Data Management Policy for the National Digital Health Mission, open for public consultation for a one-week period. After a request from civil society, this period was extended twice, resulting in a three-week consultation period. Below is Aapti Institute’s formal submission to the Ministry on the policy.
