Aapti Institute, in partnership with Swasth Alliance, hosted a policy roundtable to contemplate the instantiation of the Consent Manager framework in India’s health data ecosystem. The event was supported by Transform Health Coalition and held as a part of its Digital Health Week initiative on October 14, 2022. Further, the roundtable unpacked the considerations for instantiating the HIE-CM through a multi-stakeholder dialogue with representatives from industry, academia, civil society and public agencies. Insights from the discussion are highlighted below and presented as recommendations for the National Health Authority.
